"We got them as a referral when it was still ANGIES LIST. A couple of days after it was installed the light had started going out the fan was working okay but the lights kept going on and off every 2 minutes, they sent the same technician out trying to figure out why it was doing that. They didn't charge us a dime for the 2 and a half hours the technician (Jason) was here. It was incredibly nice for George Willy to not charge us for having Jason here for almost 2 hours. Nice gentleman, very good technicians, and they really know what they are doing."

From John, who came out and sized up the job (and made sure I passed inspections) to Amanda, who was always there to answer my questions and schedule crews to come out to top-notch electricians, like Todd and Brendon, who did a stellar job - it was clear this was a top-notch company. Communications were excellent - via email, phone or text - and they were always on time. It was a lengthy journey since I had the worst-case scenario of needing my gas line and gas meter upgraded. Navigating the BGE waters to get this done was challenging, to say the least, and TriStar has an excellent plumbing partner that worked closely with me all along the way. When all was said and done and that generator fired up today I knew the time, money and effort was worth it. Highly recommend them!"

Mr. Taylor arrived on time and explained what would be involved in installing the recessed lighting. What a fantastic job!! "Bob and his team did an outstanding job on a new patio installation and mailbox replacement. They were very helpful in recommending the patio’s size/shape, kind of pavers, the railing for the step-down from the house and tying the new patio to an older existing patio. They designed the mailbox post to be extra sturdy and built it on the spot. They moved sizeable rocks around the mailbox to protect it from potential snowplow mishaps. I am extremely happy with the results! The patio and mailbox look great! (Psst! I wish I had used them on earlier projects). Bob and his team were always professional and accommodating.
