"Had major insect problem in kitchen, upon returning home from hospital. Called S & O to see if i could receive expedited treatment. They were able to schedule for 2 days later Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work applying thorough treatments throughout the premises as well as outside areas. "Way beyond what  I asked for.  I had him come out to look at a favorite tree that I thought was dying (it wasn't).  After that, job should have been done for any other service provider.  Instead, he asked, "do you mind if we take a walk around your yard?"  I've got almost 3 acres.  We covered all of it.  He went through the front landscaping, identifying and diagnosing each shrub, bush and weed, went to every tree and told me all about how it should be maintained, what to expect, etc.  He took me to the berm out back and told me what we could plant for best privacy.  He even went over lawn care. <br>The guy really knows his stuff.  And, as he will tell you, he has no further financial interest.  He  doesn't sell anything else, just knowledge. <br>Highly recommended.  Great service. <br> <br>"

"By far the best lawn care company we’ve had in a long time. He’s very nice and his work is clean and he’s very detailed on everything. I saw the cameras and he was literally taking every bad plant off with his hands instead of just mowing it out like all the other companies usually do and then it’ll grown right back up. "Our lawns continue to be an embarrassment to us due to the numerous dead spots and out-of-control weeds after spending over $700 in lawn care treatment during 2015.  Month after month of fungicide and other treatments have not made any changes.  The owner has explained that due to tripling his business he cannot be on site to take care of problems beyond the usual mowing, trimming and other simple services.  His mowing and trimming crew is very good and helpful.  Without his direct on-site supervision, his crew is not qualified to manage lawn treatment services nor, apparently, is the owner.  Every neighbor seems to have solved the problem of lawn treatment so it appears we shall seek a qualified lawn treatment and lawn care service effective October 1."
