"I gave them a deposit on 11/2/21 via check for work to start on 11/19/21. On 11/7/21, I decided I'd rather wait until spring to do the work. Now, they are NOT returning my deposit in spite of telling me they will. I've texted them three times and am now sending a letter requesting my money back. It's been over two months and I am still chasing them. As of today, they have NOT responded to a BBB complaint!"

"I am a regular customer of this company. The do my spring cleanup, fall cleanup, trim, mulching, and lawn maintenance. I am always amazed at how great the yard looks after they are done.
