"LJ Concrete Construction came out to our house in April along with 2 other companies to give us an estimate on a stamped concrete patio. We wanted something that would make a statement in our backyard and give us a nice place to relax and enjoy the summer with our friends and family. They came in $1000 under the other two companies but were so professional and pleasant to talk to. Although the savings definitely helped, Joel made a better first impression and I knew I would enjoy working with him. Less than a month later (once all the spring rain finally subsided long enough to begin) they were out first thing in the morning preparing the space. The next day the concrete was poured and stamped and today it was sealed. They completed all of the work in 3 days and it looks gorgeous! I am so happy with the final product and can't wait for tomorrow when we can actually go sit on it! <br /> Joel responded to my multiple emails right away and was willing to deal with us when we made some changes to the design. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
