"I have used Trugreen previously when I lived in another city and have always been pleased with the quality of work and price level. I have had mixed success with this particular branch. The quality of lawn service has been just as good as other branches, after 1 year of service the lawn looks great. My biggest complaint is that they rarely show up when they say they will. Last summer I had to call the branch at least half a dozen times to get them to come out and complete the regular service or lawn aeration. I would receive an autmoated call saying the service would be completed on X date, and then several days after that date I would have to call to see what was going on. Eventually the work would be done, and then the cycle would repeat a few months later. <br /> All that being said, I plan on keeping the service for the foreseeable future. The end product is good and after all, this is Evansville and the only other lawn service company I could find couldn't even give me a quote. <br />"
