"With that ultrafast storm (was it a tornado??) that came through on April 29th, a huge branch of an over 100-foot tree snapped off and came at our house, just scrapping it from over 50 ft away. I called a couple of other services, but when I called Nick and saw what others had said, well I knew this was the guy to trust. Honest, to the point of what needs to happen, realistic about the process. No BS. When he came out to provide an estimate, he also noticed lightning and internal pest damage in two of the other trees. No pressure, just the fact that they were going to deteriorate faster than they should. Having tree tags I checked with the city to assure they were OK to take down. "These guys were awesome! They arrived on time and had a large crew with clean and updated machinery. Before the crew cut my trees and bushes they took the time to explain what they were going to do BEFORE cutting which I really appreciated! The owner Jon answered all of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. The crew also explained to me how to monitor the health of my trees in the future which is very important to me since this is the first house + yard I’ve owned and have never had to take care of so many trees. The crew cleaned up my yard when they were finished and left it spotless. They also were able to avoid marking up any of the grass and moved all of my furniture back as well. They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly. "Service Performed: Removed a huge twin trunk silver maple stump and about six 4 inch diameter roots that extended outward. It was easy, straight-forward and pleasant doing business with Landonl. He did exactly what we agreed upon, and more (he removed more than 10 inches deep). He arrived on time for the initial assessment of what had to be done, and again when he did the actual stump removal. As I requested, the day before the stump removal, he notified me that he would be arriving the next day so that I could turn off the AC, and cover the outside AC unit. He worked carefully and skillfully while operating his machine, and he left the worksite very clean."
