He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Everything went well. then we went upstairs the next day and noticed that the carpet was "bubbling" up. We had discussed this as a possible issue before they started. We also discussed it when we were setting the appt. we were told that it wouldn't be a problem that they could stretch the carpet. When they showed up to do the job he said he was never told they may have to stretch the carpet, but he thought he had his stretcher with him. Well, nothing was ever mentioned to us any further. The guy cleaning the carpet should have mentioned to us how bad it was "bubbling" up as he was cleaning it. Clearly this is something he would have noticed. This was our only issue. Otherwise everything was fine. Very polite, very professional. <br />"

"They cleaned a very dirty carpet and removed a large wrinkle in the carpet. Quality of work was excellent. They were a couple hours past the scheduled arrival but, the quality of work was so good I consider that to be be a minor problem. I would recommend them to my family and friends. <br />"

She and Terry work as a team; they are both friendly and efficient, and they were great with our two large inside dogs. They want satisfied customers, and they did an excellent job. "It is really awesome. The owner is Chris Addison, he is really awesome. He is a great guy, very nice, very trustworthy. I have used him in the past and I have felt really comfortable. We were moving in and we weren't even here. As a matter of fact, I think we left a key for him and he came on in because we bought the house and I knew the people before weren't the best house keepers and I have a 1 year old so I really wanted it to be clean when I got here. I didn't want to take a chance on bringing my baby into a dirty house. I would use him again. I need to call him soon to come back out because it has been a year and we need to do a freshen up."

Theresa, the owner, walked through the house with my mom, and afterwards, Theresa told my mom that she would give her some names and phone numbers of people who also organize things in the house. Theresa called back a few hours later and gave the quote of $500.00, and my mom accepted. This was on 5/22/14. They cleaned over a span of three days: 5/27/14, 5/30/14, and 6/2/14. I was able to come home the afternoon of 6/2/14 to a sparkly clean house. They did an excellent job. The only problem I have is that my mom called and left several messages for Theresa to get the names and phone numbers of the people who do the organizing, and she never returned any of the calls. <br />"
