"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"Tom was amazing! We bought a home with very high ceilings ranging from 12-24 feet tall with lots of places it was recessed, funny angles, lots of crown molding to trim out etc. Our ceilings were very dark color and we just wanted a white to lighten the place up. I typically do all of our home painting, but I was very pregnant at the time and didn't need to be on a ladder. I'm pretty picky, but Tom did a great job getting in all of the nooks and crannies, was precise and did a wonderful job! It looks amazing! It's crazy how much a coat of paint can change a room. :) He was very professional, so pleasant, very quick to respond and keep us in the loop when he would be there! And his pricing was very fair. :) I would recommend him to anyone! :) Really took a lot of stress off of my husband and I to have him do this for us and do it right! :)"

"Tabitha had a poor crew working for her. Once she fired the crew and hired new workers, the punctuality improved to an A. The overall painting was excellent. Tabitha and her crew filled all nail holes, cracks and had to repair a few areas that had water damage. This was done to perfection. She and her workers did an outstanding job with the clean up and how they left the house. We will definitely hire her again"
