"Feria did an excellent job from beginning to end. They immediately came to look at our project and provided an estimate right away. The crew was very punctual, arriving and leaving at the same time every day and they always left the jobsite clean and orderly. They worked on our house during one of the hottest weeks this summer and nothing slowed them down or affected their pleasant attitudes. In addition, paint was only found where it was supposed to be! There was excellent communication throughout the project. When we compared punch lists, they were already tracking everything I found and then some. The final walkthrough was very thorough and only then was a check written. In home repair you definitely get what you pay for. Going for bottom line price, the homeowner usually pays twice - once for a substandard job and once for the effort involved in hassling over all the little details. We definitely got more than we paid for on this project - a rare result. When it comes time to paint the interior, I will be calling Feria with only one question: "When can you start?""

His services include cleaning the fence and the job site, obtaining appropriate permissions from the HOA, neighbors, and owners, obtaining all of the supplies to repair and stain the fence, and keep us updated continually. "First contact with this company was with John Martin. He came to our house and noted all work to be done then gave us an estimate. John was very easy to work with and helped with some ideas I was unsure of. He explained the whole timeline of the job. We were able to have the job started quite promptly, the first day Courtney met us at the house and introduced us to Eder Neito our painter. She also checked the paint colours to make sure we were right. Through the whole process John kept checking back via text. Both he and Courtney also came to the house to check on the work. "Curtis Clemons is great. Right on time and good quality work. When I needed them, he kept in touch with me and got the job done. I asked them to do additionally in another room and there was just a very small fee for that. We already had the paint, but it was next to thing. It was just a strip of wood in one of the other bedrooms. There weren't additional fees for the room that we asked them to paint. They're A plus. For quality of work, A plus.
