"This is my review and opinion of construction defect cause by westring construction LLC at my house.Westring construction was constructed for new construction of a front porch and roof. The defect re-laid to the uneven rough surface of front porch being built. This effect resulted in a away roofline in uneven unsightly appearance which indicated an issue within an issue framing in project, the trustworthy was not done symmetrically or evenly, yet seeding and singles replace on the rough. Additionally, there was lack of flashing in a valleys form by the new rough being attached to the old rough and extend to be usage cocking material at the connection. After the bringing this issue to the attention to westring contruction multiple times. I finally met with the contractor who denied faulty workmanship and refuse to resolve the issues in a timely manner. This resulted in my hiring an atty. to try to resolve a required repairs and may cope financial loses. His keen eye for perfection caught small anomalies missed by others. I know I have forgotten many of the other team members, but know they are recognized and appreciated, as well. The entire team made the experience, from start to finish, just so easy! I never had to fret about orders or deadlines because I knew the project was in excellent hands. Every single member made me smile or laugh with their easy going spirit. I just sat back and let the magic happen! My new front porch has become a neighborhood destination for the many strollers, joggers and dog walkers that pass by daily. I've lost count of the admiring comments and heartening, "Love your porch!" as strangers stop to chat. Many report on watching the progress over the months with eager anticipation. In an odd way, during these difficult pandemic times, I think people found some comfort in seeing something superbly built that is enduring and a reminder there is a future. You all helped to not only design and build a stunning porch, but perhaps unintentionally gave others needing a little distraction and reassurance that beautiful things can happen in gloomy times."

"Rich helped us find a serious air leak in the floor above our basement. In order to repair the problem he had to excavate (by hand) the ground below the leak in order to access the damaged floor and make the necessary repairs and insulate the space. The work took most of the day and when done he explained what he had done. He restored the area and left everything neat and tidy. He and his son were great to work with and very professional."
