He was very pleasant , and he told me he will do the landscape as we discussed. By February 11, my neighbors, and the president of HOH email to tell me that he has never showed up, and that the yard have grow in weed. I call Zane, and he said he will take care of it. He send me series of email that was reassuring to me that he will do the work right. On February 20th he text me that he have pinched a nerve in his neck, and shoulder, and will step away , and will not work on it. For 4 months, he took my money, and he said he will not return it. He have scammed me because I live far away, and did not know he was not working on my landscape. He said he is not returning my money back."

I did tell her "sounds like you're having a bad day" she then responded with such venom I asked to speak with someone else. She then slammed the phone in my ear. This rudeness was pushed further when she called my office back and told my assistant Harold told her to tell us find someone else. ( We had already done so) I manage 150 + properties and deal with companies daily and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but unprofessional and rude.
