And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. "There crew was very hospitable and we were able to cut our price down since we wanted to keep quite a bit of the concrete, use them as planters for defining spaces. They even helped us place many of them in our garden areas. "Highly recommend Brandons service. Excellent communication and courteousness, always on time. The entire property looks great and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done completely to our satisfaction. It's not an easy job with multi-levels, lots of original wood trim and windows over 100 years old, porches, breezeway, carport, patios, pergolas, driveway, and over 200 ft of sidewalks etc. The sidewalks were practically black and look so much better! He has the proper equipment and paid extra attention to detail to softwash effectively without doing damage to the house or vegetation. More than fair on price as well. "When I initially contacted Clark Services, I had a smaller excavation in mind.  Joshua offered me the best bid of three contractors.  I decided to hire him.  When I told him that I would really like to excavate more of the property, but I couldn't afford it (based on the other bids), he offered some suggestions to keep the cost down and he gave me a reasonable bid for the full excavation, so I decided to go ahead with that plan.  He got started quickly.  He was conscientious about preventing dirt / mud from getting on the road.  He listened well and responded to any concerns I had throughout the project.  He worked long days to get the job done while the weather was good.  Before starting the project, I had found someone who wanted to buy fill dirt.  Joshua had the dirt delivered to that guy, offsetting the cost of the excavation a little.  Overall, it worked out very well; I will definitely consider Clark Services for future projects."
