They seriously lack communication. I had to chase them down for updates, and even then, the answers were vague or flat-out wrong. It felt like they had no idea what was going on with my project. The work they delivered? Sloppy at best. Corners were cut, details overlooked, and timelines ignored. It honestly seemed like they hired random people off the street with no training or accountability. They overpromise and underdeliver?big time.
