Jobs were completed expediently, with basically zero punch list items. All around, just a really pleasant, zero stress experience, which was very important for me as I travel constantly for my job and needed someone doing the work that I didn’t feel like I needed to babysit. I was even confident and comfortable enough with their work that I went on an international vacation while my bathroom was being done! I can’t say that about any of the other people I’ve worked with in the house. Plus they went the extra mile to figure out how to deal with some unique materials in my townhouse (a weird subfloor that needed some special handling) and what had stymied other flooring companies in the past was a complete non-issue for these guys. So far I’ve had them replace my kitchen floor and all but gut my master bathroom, and I’ll absolutely use them again for the other bathroom in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Kitchen Master and Anna specifically to anyone looking for remodeling."

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"
