I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "Lost some ridgeline shingles during a recent storm. Called a few roofing repair outfits. Albana, in the midst of coronovirus and with a limited crew, made it the next day for the quote AND repair. "I used Atticrawl for one of my historically old buildings, thought raccoons where entering to the attic. the smell of death was horrendous!!!! Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! "The whole process went great. From the moment Vinny got here to the moment he finish the project he was extremely informative, fair, and professional. There were a few things I was interested in doing And I brought these projects up to him. So many times when you meet with a contractor they often try to sell you on other projects. Vinney did the opposite. he recommended either waiting or not doing. These are projects that he personally could do but recommended not doing since he felt they were not necessary. I trusted Vinney's recommendations because I did not feel he was trying to sell me anything extra. I have a few other friends that have used Vinney for projects on their houses (for a new roof and new siding) and they have the same recommendations and same experiences. Vinney suggested a number of different ways about finishing the project. He had a couple different ideas on ways to approach and finish it to be the most cost-effective. I price my job out with another company before I met with Vinney and his pricing was much less then the other company. The project turned out perfect. The new gutters look excellent And he tied them into my drainage system perfectly. The new slate and valleys are also perfect. We are very happy with the project and the outcome. Vinney was extremely helpful and he is overall a really nice guy to work with. He was extremely friendly to me and my whole family. I look forward to working with him in the future. <br />"
