Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage. "Initial inspection uncovered multiple locations of infestation in exposed ceiling beams and ground termites under the house. Non fumigation requires various types of treatments used for different locations including drilling into the beams and into the cement surrounding the house to treat the ground. Scheduled the work to be done a week later with them arriving afternoon. I was assured that they could continue work after dark however I think it would have been much better if they had started earlier. They found more termites and damage under the house than the original inspection discovered and spent more time there than expected. They were using flashlights to finish up outside the house and it remains to be seen if they actually got everything. Good news is a two year guarantee, bad news is if they missed something and I still have termites munching away that would have been a stopped by fumigating instead. But no prep or time out of the house was required for treatment so I was happy with the process overall."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."
