We decided that my computer needed to go to their repair facility for some serious work. They were able to save all my data, ran thorough diagnostics and repaired my computer. "We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

The only problem that arose was when it was discovered that the breaker in the disconnect box had somehow disappeared and the job was halted while we got a new breaker, then it was determined that the new breaker lacked a GFI so we got a whole new box with all things necessary and it was installed and the spas was hooked up. "Sadly, I cannot recommend Evans Mechanical. I had some heater work done and some additional duct sealing was also needed, but could not be done for 9 weeks. The tech that repaired the heater(he did a good job), spoke on the phone right in front of me with the scheduler and placed me on the schedule for the first week of February, 2018. Since they hadn't called me prior to this week, I called Evans to only find out I was never put on the schedule at all. I was then told I would need to be put back on the schedule for another months wait. The scheduler acted like it was my fault, no apology. Needless to say, I am not pleased at all."
