Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. Trust this company; when their job is over they are still willing to be available for whatever is needed."

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "I had an idea of what I wanted, Brian Koos spent over an hour working with me going over various designs and options. While their pricing was in the area of what i expected I did not sign the contract that day. Brian was not pushy at all and understood. I did get 2 other estimates that were much higher. When I was ready I called Brian and had changed the color of the decking. He revised the quote and I signed the contract. Work was complete 10 days later. There was a small qlitch, the workers made the deck the same size as the original porch but it was supposed to be larger to cover some imperfections in the patio. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until they finished. Marc Cerami had come by during and just as they finished and immediately remedied the situation. He offered to re-do the deck in the correct size or they could an add a board to the bottom step which would extend the deck. They came back the next day and added another board. It covered the imperfections and actually looked better than the original design. I would definately work with Carls again on another project."
