The team who did the assessment was thorough and the quote we received was honest, detailed and comparatively competitive to other contractors. The entire team has appropriate certifications in mold removal. I wish we’d gone with them for the mold removal initially as well- we had an unsatisfactory experience with another mold removal company but we had ERS add on safety cleaning measures and they were. "We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
