"Kansas renovation and paint did a great job on our exterior painting of our house! Communication throughout the process was great! Prices were fair with compared companies. There was a little confusion initially with what was included with the estimate but wasnâ t a real big deal. The owner and his son were very friendly and respectful of our property and for my wife and I and overall did a great job! I would definitely recommend them for any work that you may need done!"

"I had a number of jobs that had accumulated that were beyond my carpentry skill. Also the dog had a panic attack while home alone and did some damage that had to be repaired. I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail with which each task was done. He didn't do everything at once; he was at the house a number of times for a few hours each. This was fine with me, as I could see he was doing excellent quality work. Several times he had a helper with him. They were friendly and competent."

"Love the vinyl windows, wrapped very well. Insulate the home very nicely. We barely hear any road noise now and am very happy we decided to use them. They do a very professional job and clean up the area very nicely. Would use again if every needed."

"The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning and staining the house. They were very careful with the power washing to avoid damage to the plywood/batten siding, which had not been cleaned or stained in more than 25 years. They also went to extra efforts to make the semi-transparent stain color come out even where the old wood was faded and to match the color on the new wood used for repairs. They even helped clean windows and clean and replace storm windows. Pressure washing almost always leads to some messes and there was a bit of that due to the unusual construction of our house--not something they or we could have anticipated. Minor inconvenience."
