Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. They even came back weeks later to repair a gate-latch at no cost. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. Integrous is truly head-and-shoulders above their competition!"

"The initial appraisal went great. The installation went well (1 day) with just a couple issues were I thought they rushed the job. I had to tighten parts of the coated wiring where there was gaps so my children/dogs would not get there parts stuck in them. They had to come back and fix the hinges on the 8' gate which were not secure. They also had to cut off the tops of 2 4x4's which they forgot to cut off near 1 of the gates. Then most recently I found that they had thrown all the scrap pieces of 2x4 / 4x4's in my wooded area just beyond the area they fenced in. Their response to this email was ridiculous.....the workers didn't know it was your yard, they thought no one would ever notice. The owner Don has a short temper apparently and his wife Janine does the one on one communication. Other than these issues, which sealed the fact that I wouldn't be recommending them to anyone, their work was done well."

"This review relates to three separate visits to Coke's, all with stellar results. <br /> I went to Coke's Auto the first time because I needed an inspection close to our new home. I thought I'd just wait for the work to be done.But they told me it would be longer than I'd like... So they drove me home. ( I do live fairly close) and  I was thrilled. <ol> <li>When the job was completed they showed me the parts they removed so I'd see what was what. </li> <li>I like to know stuff... So that was a big plus for me.</li> <li></li> </ol> Next up was a truck with no AC in a 90 degree+ couple of weeks... And there was a peculiarity in the steering.. Fixed! <br /> Then the first car (this visit for a 2001 PT Cruiser)  had trouble with power steering. That whole repair process took longer than I would have liked. <br />  But if  parts keep crumbling when removed, what can you do but get more? <br /> I saw the dead pieces. They were crumbled or rusted to dust. <br /> The guys at Coke's are knowledgable and fair. They told me about other problems that will need to be fixed -- but not today. I'm thrilled to find a local shop I trust to work on our cars! <br />"
