"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

I discovered that the materials I purchased were very low-quality--the hardware wasn't appropriate and the rods were a bit uneven. Shawn went to the hardware store, got better anchors and screws, and made those rods look like a million bucks. That's the mark of a real professional!
