"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "Overall, I very much enjoyed the attitude to get the job done in an excellent manner by the owner of this company.  He was very easy to talk to and very responsive with any questions that came up.  Only mixup at the end was a bit of work to finish rehanging the curtain rods and blinds...but that was about it.  Again, he had a very positive attitude to correct any misunderstandings or miscommunications.  And, he did such a great job in the first place, that this was very minimal.  I use his company again if needed.

"Heavy thunderstorms this year plus Sandy last year.  We started seeing water marks on the ceiling in several rooms, particularly in the living room near the fireplace.  On a Friday afternoon, checked Angie's list called a company that did not return the call, checked the list again and called OC Elite Construction.  Jon came over Saturday, looked on the roof and checked in the attic - found the problem(s) and provided an estimate.  The next day, SUNDAY!, OC Elite came to the house in the morning and completed all the work we needed done.  Thanks to Jon and his crew fro a quick and professional solution.

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
