The least expensive was $14,000. Once the service was done I found that this did not fix the problem. When I complained about this I was informed that the options I was provided were not to fix my problem, they were results from a safety inspection that I did not ask for. I was also informed that Mr. Sparky records all your conversations when they are in your home. Be careful with this company because they have no intention of fixing the problems they are being called for. They will try to scare you and sell you services you do not need, and they will record you without your permission."

We complete a wide range of projects, from a simple ceiling fan repair to a full electrical install on a custom home. We value customer service, professionalism and integrity. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "
