"Mark of MT ekectric did a fantastic job with work at our house! He upgraded 200 amp panel, installed whole house 22kw generac generator, ran 90 feet of underground wire. Always early to start work, professional, very clean look for panel and outside generator looks great. Handled final start up with generac as well and coordinated everything throughout the job. Highly recommend!!"

"I really loved working with Power Forward. We needed a 50A external connector and interlock fitted for a portable generator, a new floodlight and a smart doorbell wired up. Ian Stewart responded immediately to my request for a quote and was very helpful going over my options and discussing generators at length to ensure I was going to be set up right and I was able to get a fair and detailed quote very quickly. After accepting online, Morgan was very helpful setting up the appointment and Chris Woosley, who was the technician that came around to install everything, was also very knowledgeable, enthusiastically answered all my questions and worked diligently and neatly. Everything was clean and neat after he'd finished. With excellent communication, extremely detailed quote, friendly employees and easy one click online pay options after the job was complete, I was extremely impressed at how slick each part of the process was and the service that I received. Thanks so much! Power Forward are definitely our go-to electricians from now on."

"Kevin has been doing electrical work for us for about a decade, first upgrading the electrical ststem in our 1920s bungalow in Willimantic, and then coming out numerous times to update various elements in our historic home in Chaplin. He's great to work with, no- nonsense, thoughtful about creating safe solutions for our older house, including a generator installation. A nice person and a true professional."

"Had 2 generators that needed repair. Dave was able to fix one at our home, and the other he took with him to the shop. He was very up-front, that he'd check it out, see what the problem was, and give us a call. When it turned out to be unrepairable, he disposed of it for us. Great customer service...have the number on the fridge for future issues!"

"It is rare these day to find an electrical company owner who actually cares about his customers. Tyler is very personable and wants to truly get to know his clients. A++ In customer service. He replaced out 12 circuit electrical panel which was basically rats nest of electrical wires. This was very time consuming for him while Chris worked on moving and installing a new electrical meter. I would highly recommend TJF electrical for any of your electrical needs whether the Job is big or small! He also is available 24/7. Meet Tyler for yourself a see the customer service that he has brought to his business. Thank you Tyler for taking care of our electrical Needs!"

"My garage electricity was out. I called him to get an estimate. He gave me a couple of troubleshooting suggestions for free. I followed them and they worked. Now, how can you not hire him if you had work to be performed or better yet, I thought of some things to be done around the house just to hire him for his honesty. People like him are rare to come by these days."

"I had a wiring problem with my landline and the whole process was pretty easy, from scheduling an appointment, to speaking with customer service, to the repair. When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."

"West Electric was tremendous. They were on time and fast and they followed up with the building inspector"

"4th generation family business. Very knowledgable. Will come back in a year to check things out."
