"I would definitely highly recommend them. They are the number one lawn care provider for grass in our whole subdivision. They don't do our yard and lawn work. They come out every other month. They come out about 6-7 times a year. We had some weeds pop up. If you call and say you have weeds, they are out in 2-3 days. We pay the year upfront. They give you a discount upfront. They are a company that I trust. They have been doing our lawn, this is the second year. Our lawn has gone from 60% weeds to actually looking like a lawn. The thing I like about them most is they have outstanding customer service. You call and talk to a person. They listen to what your issue is. They come up with a solution. If they can't or you are unhappy or anything, a person comes out and says let me take a look. We will discuss it and figure it out. Maybe we are not doing something right. It is a dialogue. The number one thing they do best that other companies and I think it is the new business model for a lot of companies is when they call and they don't get you, the actually leave a message. A voicemail message or they send you an email or text. This is our company, this is why we are contacting you. This is the number you can reach us back at. Do you know how many companies I have contacted for services or tried to get services or had to cancel and tried to reschedule and I get 15 different phone calls from various parts of the country because they are using call centers nowadays. I have no idea who is calling, what they are calling about. They say, we have been trying to get a hold of you. I like to deal with local companies. I like to make sure my local companies stay in business because that helps our community. Their price is competitive with everyone else."
