"Guitons was very professional. They came when they said they would and did what they promised. They're not the cheapest company around but certainly one of the best. Their subcontractors were pleasant to work with also. <br /> We recommended them to our neighbors who bought a pool but had a problem. The pool developed a bubble on the bottom. Guitons came out and redid the plaster twice to remedy. Apparently there was some buried debris at the site that caused the problem. They stayed after it and fixed it. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"They come out weekly and do a monthly maintenance as well. He also installed my landscaping when I built my house. I pay once a month and they were very creative when they installed my stuff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about plants in our area. I have quite a bit of knowledge about it too, so we work very well together. I have a pond installed with waterfall and waterbed. I have had others for landscape maintenance and they didn't quite do the job. This guy does everything and I will use them again in the future. "

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"We are so pleased. After such a disappointing experience with the first contractor (sadly also someone we found on Angie's list) , it was difficult to find someone to even take the job. Kevin not only agreed to take the job but he listened to everything we wanted and kept us updated with every thing he was going to do. Any job that was subcontracted out, he checked and double checked and fixed any problems as they came along. "I have used this company a few times. After they installed the windows we did have a few minor issues that did need addressed. It was difficult to get them to fix these issues but after many trips they were able to get the job done. The quality of work was great. I can’t complain about that. There customer service needs a little work though."
