"Bruce is an absolute master at his craft. I had a project where I needed a door to be as solid and soundproof as possible for a recording studio which requires a lot of special skills and attention to detail to pull off. Bruce basically created me an entirely new custom door from scratch that exceeds the quality of anything I could have imagined or bought elsewhere. He also had to go in and fix a lot of the bad work from my previous contractors which was not an easy task. I am extremely happy I found someone of his caliber because a lot of the handymen in the area are unprofessional and sloppy with their work so if you have a special project that needs to get done right, just stop looking and get Bruce to come do it. He's not cheap but I'd rather have things done right and pay a little more than have them done badly for less money. I will definitely be contacting him again for more jobs in the future because I know I can trust him to get it done."

"I sent an inquiry to Eric Olson about his minimum pricing and was responded to, via phone, by his sister Katrina. She was very knowledgeable and provided answers to all of my questions. <br /> We scheduled the repair and both Katrina and her husband Dennis arrived at the the scheduled appt. on time and with all of the supplies/tools necessary to complete my repairs. <br /> They were very professional and very thorough in making the repairs they were hired to do <br /> . <br /> They were were very personable and easy to work with. <br /> They made a point of telling me that if there were any leaks in my windows after their repair that I should contact them and they would take care of it. <br /> I only have this minor repair to leave feedback about at this time (it hasn't rained yet) but I can tell you that these two are hard-working, knowledgeable, dedicated, focused, detail-oriented and working to please their customers. <br /> I recommend them 100%. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I obviously have damaged plywood. <br /> To further save money it was suggested that I obtain the permit. <br /> This all may be good for someone desperate to save money, but it is not what I had in mind. <br /> A little better communication on both our parts, may have produced a different result. <br />"

John Horst was on time (actually able to show up early!) and educated me on how/why (new) faucet drips/leaks as he was doing repairs. <br /> His rate is $45/hr and only chartged me $25 total cost.
