In addition to the work I knew I needed done, they identified 2 large dead branches in my oaks that I hadn't noticed and removed them before they became a problem. They kept me informed as they worked, and had me inspect/approve each stage. They gave me the option of keeping the mulch created from the trimmings, and also left some firewood for the coming Winter.
