He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. John was very thorough with every aspect of this job, including keeping me informed and communicating any issues that arose. Thank you John and your terrific crew!"

I tried to contact them for a more descriptive contract due to what is shown on the contract, doesn?t correlate to the work performed. I received no reply. A new junction box was not installed. They used the old box. The single room rewire makes no sense. I have no clue what the ?15-20 amp dedicated up to 75ft with access? is at all. The electrician did not show me a final price before charging my credit card for this amount."
