Rather than wait for the crane, they started climbing the trees and cutting away. It made more work for them, but they did what they had to do. The crane came after about and hour and half. After that, the job moved right along. After trees were removed, stumps were ground down. Then everything was cleaned up. The entire job was fabulous. Neighbors enjoyed watching too. The yard was left in good shape considering the amount of work that was done. We would recommend Arbortech to anyone needing tree work."

He and is crew arrived as scheduled and completed the tree and shrub removal including removing the roots and grinding the tree stump below groud level and carefully removed of all the debris without damaging any of the yard, walkway or other close by vegetation. A very well done job and in only 2 hours time! Everyone was friendly and efficient and I would gladly hire them again should the need arise."

"Everything went very well.  Jim arrived on time and went right to work, agreeing on a price before he started.  He removed one small stump, 2 medium stumps, and 1 large stump.  It was easy to determine that Jim took pride in his work and only does quality work."

"Removed a tree the first day, got started promptly the week of the quote (Thursday) removed a tree and trimmed another. Cleaned up really well! Friday trimmed the large tree, accidentally took down a phone line, which was a land line so I told them I didn't want it reconnected, because who has a land line!? They used a spider lift which tore tore up a number of my patio pavers which could have been easily avoided by placing plywood down. They didn't end up cleaning up on Friday as they didn't have the blower and it was a mess the neighbor came over to complain about the alley and all the debris in her yard. They wanted to be paid that day which was no big deal but they hadn't yet ground the stumps which they said they'd grind on Monday. They didn't come back until the following Monday to grind the stumps and left all the sawdust from the stumps ~40lbs. that my neighbor is slowly using in her garden and I'm slowly throwing away."
