"Purchased deal on Angie's List for 8 hours of fall clean-up & requested times. I got an email a few days later with none of selected times saying service was scheduled weather permitting for x date and to let them know about any questions. I sent a follow-up with asks for additional service which I was willing to pay for, to which I got no reply. The day in which they had scheduled me the grass was bit wet but no rain and no one showed or contacted for alternative arrangements. Giving benefit of doubt for weather I sent another email and she rescheduled my service. Finally when the team did come on second appointment, they were incredibly efficient and asked questions of what we preferred for a few tasks requested. 3 guys knocked out everything in a few hours and the yard looks great. Quality of work & team was far better than the front office experiences where it was difficult to even hire for more work which is needed."
