He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. "I called them around 10:30 a.m. on a snowy Friday...our garage door had broken early that morning.  The appointment was made for 1:00 p.m. that same day.  The serviceman was right on time...exactly 1:00 p.m., which was most appreciated since I had to run home from work to let him in the garage.   He ascertained the problem within minutes, gave me the cost, and completed the necessary repair within 30 minutes.  I know because I checked the clock when he left and it was 1:33 p.m.  He was prompt, friendly and completed the necessary work.  He even remembered that he had serviced our door once before.

When I re-opened my inquiry, between them and their competition, they were able to locate the quote quickly and got the business.
