"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. "It was extremely stressful to have asbestos found in my lower level after flood damage. Having your house torn up is no fun. The guys from EnviroBate took away so much of that stress! They were so understanding, so professional, and so considerate of my time. The repeatedly accommodated my need to access various areas of the house in the midst of their work. They worked around multiple issues at my home and were so careful with my animals. One guy (Darin) even fixed my garage door and carried down a very heavy container of food for my animals. He also asked if their equipment would scare the animals and had me monitor the animals while he turned on various tools to make sure the animals wouldn't freak out. These guys are great and I'd highly recommend them!"

"I've probably said this before, but don't tell anyone how GREAT House Doctor's is! I have used House Doctor's several times in the past year and their work is always fantastic. They are meticulous and detail-oriented on every job. I recently asked Brad to install slate tile in a small half-bath. He worked through installing a level subfloor, then laid down the tile to show me how uneven it was. Thank God for Brad! :-) I immediately scrapped that plan and went with nice flat ceramic tile. That's one of the things I really appreciate about House Doctor's: they have so much experience and they are more than willing to give you their professional opinion or guidance (which, I don't know about you, but for me -- that's something I really appreciate so I don't make very expensive home remodeling mistakes.) "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."
