He answered my questions without prevarication. The work was scheduled the week before, and was started and completed on the scheduled day. The roof looks great and easily passed its first rainy day. The crew were extremely conscientious not only about installing the roofing, but also in their consideration for the gardens, grounds, and driveway. There was no damage to the flowerbeds or to the lawn. There was not a nail or shred of roofing material or its packaging anywhere on the site when they left. R&R Roofing installed the previous roofing 23 years ago. I expect this new one to last just as long."

Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. "I own some rental property that I don't live in and I contacted Rich to come out because the roof on a small addition was leaking. He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."

"We had a short amount of time to replace the roof on our house. Glen came the next day after we called. He had a worker go up on the roof and measure. He was able to give us samples and a quote within 20 minutes. The next day, we called Glen and told him to proceed with roof replacement. We had to give a 50% deposit for materials and scheduled the work to start a couple of weeks later. The crew of about 10 men arrived on that day and immediately began stripping the roof. They did find a couple of rotted boards that they replaced. They also installed a ridge vent. The crew were excellent and polite. Even though the temperature was in the 90's and high humidity, they were able to get most of the job done that day. Glen was there at the beginning of the process and stopped by a few times during the day and at the end. They did come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish the odd corners we have. Clean up was excellent. They provided the dumpster."
