"I had a sidewalk and partial driveway installation done. The job estimator John Monaghan was excellent and explained all work that would be done. The concrete work was very nice and done on time, time will tell if the quality lasts.. The driveway portion abutted some existing concrete pavers that need to be removed for the concrete pour and then replaced. The work done on this portion was poor, some pavers needed to be cut and were not cut straight with large uneven gaps. I am not a professional but I will do a much better job replacing them. Also the crew did not bring any base material for this portion and I provided them with leveling sand I had. Details matter."

After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry.
