"The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor."

"We had a water leak in the roof from near the chimney in the roof. We called Lifetime roofing and Kyle was very responsive and was able to schedule a repair before the next rain storm. Very professional and awesome to work and did an amazing job. He even called and checked post the next rain storm to make sure the fix is working. "Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. "We just had a new roof installed on our home and garage. They were at our home at 7am ready to go and stayed until the project was complete! Eric is very easy to deal with and the foreman Mike was here with the employees all day. They were very friendly and very accommodating to even to the "special" requests I had. "The work was done summer of 2011. 08/01/11 is pick -a-date. I don't feel like going to find the paperwork. <br /> The majority of the work was removing the rotted basement and replacing the window frames. <br /> They replaced all 4 windows. Water is no longer streaming from behind the frames when it rains or snow melts. <br /> The company people are professional and very cordial. They explained every thing they did and showed it too me. <br /> April 2013, I noticed a horse  shoe shaped crack in one of the basement windows. I called AAA. They came  out <br /> and identified the crack as a stress crack. They replaced the window at no charge. <br /> At the same time in April 2013, I was concerned with my roof. It does not leak  and the north facing front has lichen  <br /> growing on it. I think his name is Sean. Sean told me how to get rid of the mold and lichen with water and bleach. <br /> I do not need a new roof. <br /> I hope my son likes climbing on roofs because I am not going up there.  <br /> I requested an estimate to replace all my front gutters and than all the gutters. <br /> We walked around the house together to identify what I wanted. <br />  Sean provided me with 2 estimates. One for just the front and the other for the whole house. <br /> I have decided to do it next year because this year I need a new hot water heater. <br /> if I financially can, I will have the front done b4 winter. <br /> They are not pushy.
