"The rating is a zero!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! They put our cage up in April 2022, didn’t call for inspection until August 2022, which failed inspection, (1 month before hurricane Ian). Called to get on schedule to fix ripped screens and soffit damage. Gave us nine million excuses, finally came to realization we had to reopen permit under “homeowner “ and hire another company to fix the issue that failed inspection. Couldn’t get a permit for any of the other issues we had from the hurricane until this permit was passed and cleaning see out!!! BUYER BEWARE"

"the staff were nice the sub contractors were good but it appeared that there where too many jobs in progress and not enough staff to handle them. they would show up on job for a couple of days then we would not see them for a week. if you want the work done with any kind of serious progress you may want to look around."

"Hurricane Ian destroyed out pool cage and lanai gutters. We tried for two months to get a company to give us an estimate for repairs, to no avail. Then we found Topla, Inc. They called, made an appointment, were on time, came out, and we had a signed contract the 1st week of December for a new cage. They told us then they were booking work out into July, and sure enough, the last week of July they were at the house and started work. The design was to the new code, with panoramic walls. They stripped out the old framing bolted to the cement, installed the new framework with hurricane fasteners, super screening to keep no-see-ums out, new 7” super gutters and two new 42” screen doors. They were meticulous in their work. Everything fit together perfectly - no gaps or bridges between parts. The screening is tight and seamless. They cleaned up everything after the job was done and came back a couple of days later to do some touch up painting where a piece of the framing was scratched in transport. Some of our neighbors had a lot of difficulty with the companies they used- huge delay, incomplete work, repeated return trips to fix issues. We had none of that. And, the price, which included all permit and engineering drawings and fees, was lower than what they paid for their comparably sized (23’x36’x 4’ Mansard roof on top of 9’ walls plus a 9’x12’x9’ extension). Their work passed inspection the first time. The new cage is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the work.
