"Fancy Painting recently completed a large 4+ week interior painting project for us. The scope of this project included the preparation and spraying of all cabinets including kitchen, bathrooms, bonus room and laundry room. In addition, Fancy Painting sanded and sprayed all base boards and millwork and repainted all walls. The quality and attention to detail was exceptional. The newly installed dining room millwork had a number of imperfections left by the carpenter and Fancy Painting spent considerable time transforming the millwork from mediocre to flawless. The entire house is now beautiful and updated. Arturo and his team are very responsive, arrive on time and are very hard working. "We recently bought a 1989 home which I believe had not had an exterior paint in over 15 years. The garage doors had been painted with the wrong paint when we bought it so it had bubbled everywhere. I never thought that they would ever look right and had thought about buying new doors. The owner, Ed Zacka, told me they could strip off the old paint and they would look brand new. He also told me that they would pressure wash the entire exterior really well because it looked so bad. He would remove all bolts and nails that didn’t need to be there. They would repair all cracks and make the house look like new. I have never owned a stucco house so I wasn’t sure how this would go. First, the entire crew was respectful to me and my home. They were all excellent painters. I am a very particular person and when Ed did the final walk through with me, he even had them correct small things that I didn’t even notice. He is a stand up guy and did EVERYTHING he said he would and more. He even painted the metal frame around the screens on the lanai and they look new even though they were put up around 2004. The house looks beautiful now. Ed even helped with the trim paint color because the color my decorator picked just wasn’t working for me. I love how the house turned out. One thing I really liked is that they hand rolled the main part of the house. They sprayed the venting to the attic since the previous owners had rolled it and clogged it. They also sprayed the small wooden trim and rolled the stucco trim. They took down the gutters and painted behind them. They took down decorations and rehung them before leaving. There is so much they did, I can’t write it all. Just note that I am very happy with the work. There are very few people/companies that I recommend. I 100% recommend Ed and his company. He will answer emails or texts. He is on site checking on the job. I have already booked him for the interior of my home."
