"My contractor was on time Professional, polite and Iâ m waiting for his quote on my project But I was pleased with Sergio from New image Lawn Care"

"This snow storm caused many trees to fall on my property. I needed someone to come quick, who wouldnt overcharge. The work was done in one day and the workers were polite and on time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs tree clean up or just basic lawn care."

"I'd used TruGreen in the past is why I chose them for my lawn care. I was originally set up on 4-6 week intervals to accomodate my financial needs. Everything was going as planned until I got a fertilization/weed control treatment & aeration in Sep within a week apart. I didn't realize what happened until I received the bill and contacted them to report a duplicated charge. I was told one of the charges included an aeration treatment and was a one time application indicated in the contract. This was not my understanding and must have been in very small print I could not read. When first asked about doing aeration, it was agreed to revisit in the fall. I was not asked, told or suggested this was being done so I got hit with that bill. Customer Service Rep was useless. Her resolution was to send someone out when I mentioned the service was incomplete since the gate was locked and the technician did not have access to my yard."

"Darrick and his crew are great! I had a very overgrown yard and they came in and cleaned it so well. They took an entire truck load of yard debris out. Trimmed all the shrubbery, removed unwanted plants, preemergent and new mulch. They made my yard look fabulous! Fast, efficient, professional.
