"I had a very positive experience with Jackson. Cody was very helpful in the estimating and scheduling of the roof. He addressed all of my worries and concerns about my existing roof, and provided a detailed written estimate. I was pleased with the timeliness and and quality of work. My preexisting leak appears to be remedied. My parents have also used this company with similar results, and I have already recommended them. If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. Please be careful to get several quotes when buying this type of product. "Not great. The stripping of the deck was done promptly after the bid, and he did and excellent job there. NO complaints.  This is what he is known for and I have no complaints. However, he also took on a sanding of the deck where someone else tried to previously powerwash and did so with too high power a system and completely tore it up.  It was a mess. He tried to do so with a hand sander and it took LOTS of time. Due to this and putting more hours into it than he had planned, things became rushed, and when he became rushed, quality slipped. Footprints are still on my stained porch, I had to re-do one side of a building, and overall just attitude with us and his workers slipped. When taking his time, he did a great job. when he got rushed, he did not. He would start the job, turn it over to his workers, and then leave to do estimates elsewhere. If not as much done when he got back as he thought there should be, suddenly a very fast pace ensued and quality slipped. 
So in short, if just doing stripping of decks and staining, he knows what he is doing, and when he takes his time does it quite well. Otherwise, needs to stay away from staining of wood structures if he doesn't know how long he will take, and can't take his time.

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted.

"The roofers were very professional. They had the roof completed in about one day and finished the next morning. No debris or nails were left in the yard or surrounding areas. I never had to pick anything up. The roof looks great and is an improvement to our home. The price is somewhat high but feel I got quality roofing and workmanship. The salesman did a great job of explaining their roofing and answered all of my questions very professionally. Eric and his son Dallas were good to work with and never pressured us to choose their roofing.

"He arrived on time, did all the work plus even did extras own his own (roof, gutters and tree trimming).  While we had intended the exterior of the house to be washed, he also did deck cleaning and the charge for the work did not change from his original estimate.  In fact, the actual price was $25 under his estimate!
He was very professional and tolerant of a "helpful" customer.  We have used his services several times in the past and will continue to use him in the future.
