Sawgrass was by far most pleasant about explaining. Came out in less than 24 hrs for quote. Explained that roof permits were taking about 4 weeks. Not enough time before closing. He explained repairs would cover. Once hired on Saturday , was here Tuesday morning and finished in few hours. All crew were following corona guidelines. Work accepted by us and realtor.
