There were no existing ceiling fixtures therefore no junction or ceiling boxes. Robert installed a new circuit breaker and ran the electrical wire from the breaker to the two rooms. He installed conduit/wire molding along the beams to enclose and hide the electrical wires and hung the two ceiling fans as well as installing double wall switches for each ceiling fan/light. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area.
