The problem is how do you cancel an appointment from two years in the past ? I will send you the confirmation email they sent for the appointment! Problem is the appointment email confirmation is from 2 years ago and I did not use them then either because the handyman they sent could not do the job and he said exactly that so we did not hire him/them two years ago either!"
