These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. Due to planking gaps the old roof was covered with OSB, then membrane and roofing. Two flat sections required rubber membrane. Austad hit the trifecta of fast, good, and ... well, not exactly cheap, but again a highly competitive bid. I had visited some of their referenced work and spoken personally with one other very satisfied customer."
