"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Did a good job with my leaf cleanup."

"I recently had a paver walkway installed, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! From start to finish, Nathan was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and it really shows in the final result. The walkway completely transformed the look of our space — clean, beautiful, and built to last. He showed up on time, kept everything neat, and was great to work with throughout the whole process. If you’re thinking about upgrading your outdoor space, I highly recommend New England Outdoor Living. Quality work like this is hard to come by!"

"I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful job Jon from Brownstone Disposal LLC did trimming down our high grass plants. His work was exceptional, and I would give it 10 stars if I could. He was extremely professional, communicated clearly, and provided very helpful advice after completing the job on how to maintain the plants. He definitely checked all the boxes of a hard worker who truly knows what they are doing. Highly recommend looking to this company, I was very happy with the entire process. Thank you again for your hard work!"
