And this was a deck redo from some prior shoddy work done by another company. They did not pressure me and overall seemed to want to provide a professional service and make it better. The next day, I had an email to provide a specific estimate . Tito remained available via email text or phonecall. They stuck to their estimated start date and kept in touch for any rain delays. They saved my pergola from the work of another contractor ....something they did not have to even try to do for me. I also asked for a privacy wall adjustment just prior to construction. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else."

"Kyle and his team demolished a second-story "sleeping porch" structure that was in very poor shape. In addition, access to the back yard was difficult due to the construction of other houses on the block, all very close together. Kyle's team carried their tools in and knocked down and removed the structure by hand. Job was done perfectly and cleanup was great. They were on-time and finished in less than one day. Nice people and hard workers. I am very pleased with the work they did. Recommend highly."

"Steve was thorough in his discussions about the project. I'm usually pretty detailed about projects and think things through. Steve would bring things up that I hadn't thought of and my wife and I appreciated the time he took. He also considered that there were several options for our design to choose from and he walked us through the pros and cons. For example, the way that lights would be spaced on our wall between windows and doors was not technically even, but looked good given the spacing of those openings. Also, he showed us a couple of options for the size and spacing of slats for our roof vent so we could preview it before it was created.
Steve does not run a big company, so you get really personalized service. He is part of the projects as they happen. This also means that his availability to do projects varies. But, he is proactive about his availability and once he starts a job he and his team are on-site until it's finished.
This was our second or third project with him. At the beginning, he installed a sliding door and a pair of doors with sidelights that open onto our patio. These were installed about five years ago and we love them. In fact, he has done almost all the outside work on our house over the last five years, including unanticipated problem areas.
