He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. From beginning to end total professionalism. <br /> They sent a fruit basket and thank you card, but to tell the TRUTH those things were quite unnecessary because their work spoke a whole lot louder than the card or fruit basket. Although the fruit basket thing caught me off guard and made me smile. I don't like to put my weight on contractors but this one seems genuine. They even offered a $50 reduction of my bill to write a review, easy, because of what I saw and felt from the work and workers I would've done it anyway. I will nevertheless take the $50 reduction. "<p>Called American Roofing and Vinyl....spoke to manager who said they were extremely busy but would have someone contact me. Not long after, I was contacted by Bobby Davis (I think I got his first name correct but definitely Davis) who stated that he sub-contracted work from American Roofing during busy times. I set an appointment with Mr. Davis for the next day. He showed up early, inspected the roof and gave me a price. We agreed and he returned the next day (early again) and made the repair. Mr. Davis took before and after pictures (cell phone) of the repairs and guaranteed his work.  Very satisfied</p> <br />"

".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

He finished the installation in the amount of time he originally stated it would take. Stairs worked just fine and the area where he worked was as clean as when he started.
