Frank did a walkthrough and noted the previous owner either wired the garage him/herself or hired an amateur and due to safety issues the whole garage had to be re-wired. Frank and his team completed that work in two days time and also did some miscellenous electrical work including: installing a dimmer switch in my dining room, fixing wiring for our outdoor flood lights, and working on an old railroad light fixture, which was procured by a previous owner but hasn't worked in years. Overall extremely satisfied with Frank's professionalism and kind disposition. When I casually mentioned I was shopping for leaf blowers he drove to his house (few blocks away) to let my husband try his blower. "Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again his team was amazing. Steve educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets and lighting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. He opened up the wall where required to add the light fixture and switch, and a few more spots to fish the line through.
