"I recommend Scott without reserve. He not only repaired my faulty door latch, but explained to me why the problem existed. He is knowledgeable of other construction issues and gave me some much needed advice re. future projects. I will definitely be calling on him again in the future, and I have already recommended him to my friends!"

"Perfectly. He was on time, personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issue efficiently and with no problems. Def. will hire again."

"We hired the team at Lawlis Remodeling to fix the deteriorating cedar siding and fascia on our home. As they worked, the extent of the damage became more apparent, but they took it all in stride, provided us with rapid, reasonable cost adjustments and even worked all weekend to get the job done. They also showed their versatility by taking on an unplanned project change to replace a sliding patio door. I'd definitely recommend them for any complex repair/remodel job. They're sticklers for the details and we couldn't be happier with the results!"

"We were very, very, pleased with the finished tile and paint work and impressed with their professionalism, great customer service. They were prompt to arrive on the job and if there was any delay for any reason, they called ahead to let us know why and then gave an update on their estimated time of arrival. Would hire again if needed for any future tile installation and/or interior painting for our house."

"Jon and his team were awesome. One specific job we had was a repair/replacement of some stamped & colored concrete in our driveway. Jon wasn't happy with how it came out initially, and determined that re-sealing the whole driveway to get the colors to match was the only way to do it properly, so he did so w/o any additional charge. He also showed humility in that he didn't mention that he'd be doing at his cost. Glad to see Jon has such good reviews on here."

"Jose did an awesome job on my sliding door lock , was here someday and I am completely satisfied and will definitely call for additional repairs needed"
